About the role
As a Solution Specialist, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and the unique needs of our customers. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success team to ensure our customers meet the technical and business requirements of our product.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on product capabilities, integrations, and best practices to both internal teams and customers.
• Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation, and providing technical support as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the sales and implementation phases, working closely with product and engineering teams to resolve them.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits that address customer pain points.
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including use cases, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product and development teams to help shape future product enhancements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives during POC’s/POV’s.
• Assist partners in product enablement and inquiries.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience as a Solution Specialist, Support Technician or in a similar role.
• A few years of experience in leading software implementation projects.
• Proficient technical competence, for example in integrations and APIs.
• Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines and project deadlines with great customer service skills.
• Able to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Superior communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the field of SaaS and Software Asset Management is a requirement.
