About the role
Are you passionate about identifying top talent and fostering a culture of growth and excellence? Do you want to get experience within the HR area alongside with your current studies? As our Talent Acquisition/HR Intern at Xensam, you will play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the best talent, among other HR tasks and projects. 

We are seeking several interns who are currently studying. Please note that this internship is unpaid and is recommended for students who want to complete their internship with us during the spring 2025. This internship has the potential to transition into a part-time TA/HR Assistant role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in their daily tasks, such as screening resumes, conducting initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Support the People & Culture team with various HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
• Contribute to our Employer Branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Highly engaged, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to recruitment and HR tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
