We’re on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who knows how to spot top talent in the SaaS world - and get them excited about joining us.

Responsibilities
You won’t just “run processes.” You’ll own the entire recruitment journey - from that very first “hello” to welcoming a new colleague on their first day.
Along the way, you’ll work closely with our hiring managers to understand what (and who) we really need, and with two talented TA Assistants who’ll back you up while you set the direction.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Partner with managers to define roles and what success looks like.
- Hunt down great candidates through LinkedIn, your network, and creative channels others overlook.
- Run first calls, interviews, and assessments that make candidates feel our culture from the very start.
- Build a pipeline of talent that keeps us ready for what’s next.
- Constantly improve the way we recruit - always raising the bar.
In short: you’re not just a recruiter - you’re a connector. Someone who knows how to spot potential, build trust, and get people genuinely excited about what’s ahead.
Qualifications
To thrive here, you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS recruitment - you know the pace, the profiles, and the challenges.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, international environment - change doesn’t scare you, it fuels you.
- A knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Interpersonal and communication skills that make people lean in when you talk.
- Fluency in Swedish and strong proficiency in English.
Bonus points if you
- Have scaled teams in a global scale-up before.
- Know the ins and outs of tech recruitment like the back of your hand.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
